An app I use every day
How we feel
It’s an app that helps me label and journal my feelings. I was sceptical at first, but I found that putting words and colours to my emotions helps me understand them better.
It’s a free app created by scientists, designers, engineers, and therapists. Once you start using it, you will know a lot of thought and care went into every aspect of it.
At the end of the week, I check in on how I felt over the week. Most of the time, I realise that whatever stressed me out on Tuesday was something I'd forgotten by Thursday.

Search for ‘How We Feel’ on your app store to download it.
A passion project on the internet
Dirty little zine
A physical, eight-page magazine (or ‘zine) of your images.
Choose 10 images. Upload them to the site and get a printable PDF.
Print one sheet. Fold into 8 pages. Cut once. You have your own little magazine.
A brilliant way to keep your memories alive.
I have a photo folder on my phone filled with images. I only look at them three times: after I take them, before I post them on Instagram or somewhere, and just before I decide to delete them to save storage.
Now I have another option. (Will share results soon)
You can make your own ‘zine here

A YT channel I follow
Duncombe House Diaries
Have you ever wondered what would happen if P.G. Wodehouse and his wife bought an abandoned, crumbling 300-year-old mansion, and tried to restore it themselves?
This channel (Duncombe House Diaries) would be the result.
The voice-over, the music, the wry, stiff-upper-lip writing... I love everything about the channel. It was an instant ‘Subscribe’ for me.
I also love how they have turned this absolutely insane life decision into a viable business.
